WHEATON, Phoebe or Phebe (b. ABT 1831, d. BET JAN AND MAR 1890)
Note: Addresses
1841 High Street, Holywell-cum-Needingworth, Huntingdonshire
1848 Bluntisham, Huntingdonshire
1851 Swavensey, Cambridgeshure
1861 4 Hanover Street, St Martins in the Fields, London Middlesex
1871 5 Lascelles Place, St Giles in the Fields, London, Middlesex
1881 5 Lascelles Place, St Giles in the Fields, London, Middlesex

Phebe was baptised in 1831. Was she born earlier?
Richard, her father, died in 1838
Mary, her mother, with Phebe and her sister Mary were in Needingworth in 1841
Mary, her mother, married Henry PRIOR in 1844
Phebe, who would have been 17 in 1848 at the time of her marriage to Samuel PRIOR, stated that she was "of full age" The marriage certificate shows that she was the daughter of Richard WHEATON, Butcher.
Her age at death makes her born 1829

Although there is confusion about the age of Phebe it would seem that the Phebe WHEATON/Samuel PRIOR marriage is correct.
